Description
The Flex Trail Kit provides extra security for Flex Boot straps when riding in conditions where branches, dense vegetation or other obstacles could catch the straps and accidentally open them.
The kit uses Flat Rivets on the inside of the leg to secure the straps permanently, while Strap Locks on the outside of the leg help keep the fastening securely locked in place.
When to use
The Flex Trail Kit is especially useful for riders who regularly ride through dense forests, vegetation or challenging terrain where additional strap security is beneficial.

One Flex Trail Kit includes:
- 4 × Flat Rivets – permanently secure the straps on the inside of the legs
- 2 × Strap Locks – provide additional security for the fastening on the outside of the legs
One kit contains the parts needed for a pair of boots.
Sizing
The Flex Trail Kit is available in three sizes, based on the Back Strap size:
- S – fits Back Straps XS and S
- M – fits Back Strap M
- L – fits Back Straps L and XL
Materials
Flat Rivets are made from metal. Strap Locks are made from durable TPU.
Care
- Rinse or brush off dirt after use
- Check the components regularly to ensure they remain securely attached
- Replace worn or damaged components when necessary
Important to note
The Flat Rivets create a permanent fastening on the inside of the leg. Once installed, this side is not opened during normal use.

Materials
The boot shell, TPU gaiter and back strap are made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), a material that is often called a hybrid between plastic and rubber. TPU offers the flexibility of rubber, but with the strength and durability of plastic. Neoprene gaiters are made soft but durable neoprene with laminated fabric on both sides. Rivets are made of steel. Pads are made of EVA foam. Extension straps are also made of TPU.
Care instructions
Flex Boots are easy to clean and maintain. The TPU material keeps its elasticity and lasts longer if the boots are in regular use. After using the boots, simply rinse off any dirt and hang the boots to dry in a well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight. Do not store the boots in a closed space such as a box or in your car. The boot shell, TPU gaiter, and back straps can be brushed clean and washed with water. Do not use cleaning products.
Neoprene gaiter can be rinsed with water or washed in a washing machine in a cold cycle. Air dry only, do not tumble dry.
Pads can be rinsed with water after use to remove any debris.
Do not use any cleaning products to clean the TPU parts.
